Before we get to the rankings, here is what we are excluding from the list.

-Nobody signed to a major promotion such as the UFC, PFL, Oktagon, Rizin, ONE, KSW, or ACA.
-Nobody 30 or older.
-Nobody with 20+ fights

• Two prospects are removed from the rankings, but in the most positive way possible. Abdul Hussein (#25) and Artur Minev (#23) are now UFC fighters.
• We also got two others leaving the rankings. Harry Webb is removed due to inactivity, and Daniyar Toichubek was simply outranked.
• We’ve seen a few fighters drop in the rankings due to inactivity. 
• Four new fighters are joining the rankings! Nikita Kulshin (#25), Shane Collins (#24), Ansar Khamzaev (#21), and Takaya Suzuki (#17).
