10 Bantamweight Prospects the UFC Should Sign in 2026

#9: Miljan Zdravkovic

Age: 26

Representing: Serbia

Record: 10-0

Zdravkovic is well known to fans of European MMA after two wins for KSW and winning and then defending the belt for Balkan promotion FNC in 2025. He’s less known elsewhere, but that’s more due to lack of exposure than anything else. While Zdravkovic isn’t as dynamic as prospects higher on this list, he’s a well-rounded fighter who’s faced a variety of styles and passed every test. Slow starts have been a problem for him, either getting hit too much or taken down early in fights. However, he adjusts well once he has those reads and is good at working out of tricky situations.

An accurate popping jab is one of Miljan’s better weapons and he used it very effectively in his most recent fight against super-veteran Josh Hill (23-7). They went five rounds, and despite a slow pace, it’s clear that Zdravkovic has the cardio necessary to stay dangerous deep into fights. Lead left hooks and straight rights are easy follow-ups once the jab is established and his boxing is generally accurate. He doesn’t chase the KO, but has proven he can put someone out when he lands right.

Zdravkovic doesn’t kick much and that could be somewhere to improve. His takedown defense has gotten better in recent fights, but he’s still more comfortable playing BJJ than wrestling. While he only has one submission, Zdravkovic likes to threaten back takes and will often throw punches from there before trying for a RNC. His overall skillset makes up for the fact that he’s not world-class in any particular area. A perfect record with recent wins over strong competition should be enough to earn a bigger opportunity on DWCS or possibly PFL Europe.
