20 Female Prospects the UFC should sign in 2026

Jaeleen "The Natural" Robledo

Jaeelen Robledo

5-1, 22 years old, Bantamweight, USA

A big 2025 just wrapped up for Robledo, highlighted by the addition of a second championship belt to her collection. The young Californian recently defeated another highly regarded prospect, Evelyn Martins, by second-round KO at Tuff-N-Uff 150, capturing the promotion’s featherweight title. Robledo had already earned a featherweight championship under the RUF banner in 2024.

So why include Robledo in this ranking if she has always competed at 145 pounds? Her fight against Martins was originally scheduled to take place at bantamweight, but her opponent struggled to make weight. On top of that, Robledo has openly stated she wants to move down to 135 to put herself in position for a future UFC contract. She can make the weight, and her style would fit well in that division. I would love to see her reach the UFC sooner rather than later.

Leticia Hille

8-3, 27 years old, Bantamweight, Brazil

To close out this top 20, I decided to think like a UFC matchmaker. Over the past two years, the organization has surprised us with signings from unexpected places, often from small Brazilian promotions such as Demo Fight, SFT, and Future MMA. In search of who the UFC could surprise us with, I’ve chosen to highlight Leticia Hille. In 2025, she recorded five wins, four of them in the first round. I admit the competition was lacking, but Hille presents an ideal profile for today’s UFC.

Additionally, her management regularly sends fighters to the UFC. She competes in a weight class that lacks depth, and she has one impressive feature: she stands 5’11’’ tall! That alone makes Hille an extremely intriguing fighter to book in the UFC or on DWCS. Will she succeed? Nothing is guaranteed, given the level of opposition she’s faced so far. But this list needed a little chaos, and that’s what Hille brings into the cage every time she makes that walk.
