20 Female Prospects the UFC should sign in 2026

Nina Nikolija Milosevic

7-1, 29 years old, Bantamweight, repping Serbia (born in Sweden)

One of the most active fighters on this list in 2025, Nikolija Milosevic posted a perfect record of five wins in as many fights over the year. Admittedly, four of those five bouts were against lower-level opponents, but Nikolija handled each challenge effectively, securing three finishes in those four fights. The most significant matchup of the year was her bout against Sandra Succar, which Milosevic won by first-round KO. Since her only professional loss, a split decision in her debut, she has been unstoppable, representing Serbia while training and competing in Australia.

I won’t hide it: I’ve always shown a bias toward fighters who found success in IMMAF championships as amateurs. Milosevic belongs to this select group of medalists who have successfully transitioned to the professional ranks. Given the current landscape of the 135-pound division, bringing Milosevic into the UFC in 2026 is, in my view, a no-brainer.

Emily Martins

5-1, 21 years old, Bantamweight, Brazil

I won’t go too deep into the youngest of the Martins sisters, as I just wrote a full piece on her here:  https://mmaprospectvault.com/shes-next-emily-martins.

Galega closes out 2025 with three wins before the final horn, and in a division as deep as bantamweight, she stands out as a perfect candidate to get the call in 2026.
