It’s a matter of time until the current Interim Welterweight Cage Warriors champion gets his chance in the UFC. Scotland’s Sean Clancy Jr has finished all eight of his professional fights. Most recently, with a filthy two-strike combination, he put out Melvin Van Suijdam in the second round.
Clancy possesses a balanced attack that’s full of offensive output. He’s comfortable on his feet with big hands that can put the lights out. He has a strong double-leg takedown that can disrupt the rhythm of any fight. Clancy’s clearest path to victory is taking the back and securing an RNC. That said, his boxing is also a major weapon.
