Khotam “White Wolf” Boynazarov is the newest phenom out of Uzbekistan’s growing hub of fighters. Boynazarov has a knack for taking his opponents to the mat and has yet to be met with much resistance. He doesn’t let the guys back up, with overwhelming GnP, chain takedowns, and smooth transitions into the full mount to look for the finish. Last July, Boynazarov defended his UAE Warriors title against former UFC fighter James Llontop in a five-round bout. It was a mauling where the Uzbek prospect landed takedowns in all five rounds to a lopsided unanimous victory, where he was able to drop crushing blows from top control. With the rise of fighters like Bogdon Guskov and Nursulton Ruziboev, Boynazarov will be looking to be the next fighter from Uzbekistan to find success in the UFC.
